- Deliver highquality application training on NICE products to customers in classroom and virtual classroom over multiple time zones and locations
- Focus on the business value that the customer gains from the products and solutions especially in the contact center and back office
- Deliver application configuration services according to customer business processes and requirements
- Work closely with the project team to ensure delivery that is consistent with commitments and expectations
- Learn new products features and tools as they are rolled out by the organization
- Apply effective techniques and methods to create an environment in which learning can succeed
- Follow administrative procedures as required including preparations and wrapup
- Develop training content in various formats
- Promote value realization services to customers and contribute to the growth of the business
Qualifications :
- Fully bilingual (written and verbal) English
- Domain experience with contact center and Workforce Management solutions
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent selflearning skills
- Selfmotivated and strives for professional excellence in all aspects of work
- Able to work flexibly and independently in a fluid environment
- Able to work successfully with clients and business partners directly
- Excellent problemsolving ability in highpressure situations
- Able to work in a global environment and deliver virtual courses in various time zones
- Knowledge of NICE WFM solutions an advantage
- Additional languages an advantage
- Has a passion for training learning and sharing knowledge
