Job Description
Supply chain cooridnator will be responsible for processing day to day orders and ensuring timely delivery of orders as per SLAs in an efficient manner.

- Order processing confirmations invoices packing lists and all other related documents to clients which are in accordance with compliance and as required for outbound deliveries.
- Respond to customer order enquires with timely and accurate information.
- Monitor the delivery of emergency orders to assigned customer.
- Problem resolution such as product shortage and damage related claims handling.
- Provide administrative and office support for orders to sales team.
- Maintain delivery records and internal reporting as maybe required.
- Product management (expiry returns damage) on monthly basis
- Project logistics Take the lead in project logistics to support the project team with planning delivery and follow ups
What we ask
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain/Logistics
- 1 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent command of English communication skill both verbal and written
- Arabic knowledge would be an added advantage
- Demonstrate strong analytical and interpretation skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of order processing and logistics management and transporting practices in the region
- Demonstrable ability to work on own initiative to strict deadlines and the ability to prioritize a heavy workload efficiently
- Flexibility to deal with changing requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
