JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To create and implement sales action plans that incorporate key KPIs for the business.
To manage the IT sales in the given territory forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
To achieve the weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales targets.
To generate revenue growth and build new business relationships in the required territories.
To evaluate prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Building business case and showcasing value proposition by presenting it at CxO level.
To implement sales strategies that further drives enhanced revenue generation for the business.
To work on relevant data and information translating those into actionable strategies that drive sales and lead to achievement of targets.
To focus on generating repeat business from the existing customers.
To participate in pricing of the solution/service.
To prepare and submit Sales MIS report as and when applicable.
To travel across the assigned territories for client meeting & mapping.

2. JOB KNOWLEDGE / COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum
Candidate should have proven ability in managing IT sales & revenue generation in the respective territories
Candidate should have keen interest in conducting research datadriven insights & analytical capabilities.
Should have the fair knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Indepth knowledge about Government setup and working
Excellent communication skills both oral & written
Ability to interact at the highest levels of the Government and industry and to drive senior level discussions effectively
Excellent leadership team building peoplemanagement and problem solving skills
Should be aggressive proactive and must possess go getter attitude
Qualification: Any Graduate preferable BE in Comp. Sc.; MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing is preferable.
Experience: 6 to 8 Years.
