As we continue to grow and evolve we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Manager of Marketing and Communication. Role Overview: The Manager Marketing and Communication will play a pivotal role in shaping the public image and brand presence of Atttakkalari. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase awareness engagement and support for our organization and its initiatives. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking creativity and strong communication skills to effectively reach our target audience and drive meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with senior management and other team memebrs to define marketing objectives and goals aligned with organisational priorities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends audience preferences and competitive landscape. Develop strategic marketing plans and campaigns to promote Atttakkalaris programs events and initiatives across various channels. Brand Management: Uphold and enhance the Atttakkalari brand identity ensuring consistency and integrity across all communication channels. Develop branding guidelines and standards to maintain a unified and cohesive brand presence. Oversee the production of marketing materials including print collateral digital assets and multimedia content. Digital Marketing and Social Media: Drive digital marketing initiatives to increase online visibility and engagement. Manage social media channels and content strategy to foster community engagement and brand advocacy. Utilise analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics optimising campaigns for maximum impact. Public Relations and Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets influencers and industry stakeholders. Develop press releases media kits and other communication materials to generate positive coverage and publicity. Event Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with program managers to develop marketing plans for events performances workshops and other initiatives. Coordinate promotional activities including advertising email marketing and outreach efforts to drive attendance and participation. Evaluate the effectiveness of event marketing strategies and implement improvements based on feedback and analysis. Collaboration and Team Leadership: Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including artistic development and administrative departments to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives. Provide leadership and mentorship to marketing team members fostering a culture of creativity accountability and continuous learning. Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing to maximize the impact of marketing and communication efforts. Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferably in Marketing Communications Business Administration Arts Management or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communications or related roles preferably in the arts and culture sector. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms including social media email marketing and web analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams towards common goals. Passion for the arts and a commitment to promoting cultural engagement and diversity.
