BDC/VIP Sales
Mazda of North Miami is looking for elite sales professionals to join our BDC / VIP sales team. If you have a proven track record of closing highvolume deals CRM experience exceptional customer service skills and the drive to succeed we want to hear from you. $15 Per hour 40hrs 50 hrs per week) plus commission
Monday Saturday 8am 5pm

Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish followsup with sales appointments
- Respond quickly to the internet phone and live chat inquiries using email phone and live chat scripts and templates
- Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or noshow
- Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates sales teams and dealership management
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish is required)
- At least one previous role is based in strong customer service experience
- Team player attitude
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills
- Willing to submit to a preemployment background check & drug screen
