Thrive Disability Services & Carer Support is a boutique provider of disability services founded in 2019. With deep roots in disability support and a strong presence in both the Tasmanian and Queensland communities we are committed to empowering individuals to enhance their independence through our NDIS services aged care and employment programs.
Were Hiring: Female Disability Support Workers
Due to our continued and sustainable growth particularly interstate we are expanding our team and looking for multiple Disability Support Workers to join us across the Gold Coast and surrounding regions.

Who Were Looking For:
The ideal candidate will:
Be reliable genuine compassionate and caring and have a positive demeanour. If your primary motivation is monetary this might not be the right fit for you.
Have or enrol to obtain a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent study or experience.
Have an NDIS Workers Clearance Check completed.
Possess a reliable insured car and a valid drivers license.
Hold current First Aid and CPR certifications.
Have a Working with Vulnerable Peoples Card (blue and yellow card).
Provide a National Police Clearance.
Be flexible and understand the nature of NDIS services and service hours. We operate 24/7 with shifts divided into clusters and offer fulltime parttime and casual hours based on staff availability.
Maintain a happy easygoing and solutionsfocused attitude towards life.
