Youll be handling inbound and outbound customer interactions walking individuals through detailed processes and ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with consumers via phone and video to walk them through service applications
- Handle high volumes of escalated calls while keeping a positive calm and solutionoriented tone
- Use consultative techniques to encourage service adoption and drive conversions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely accurate issue resolution
- Collect and share customer feedback with the internal team to improve the platform and experience
- Maintain organized followups and detailed notes in our support tools and CRM
- Handle over 150 daily followups callbacks or checkins with professionalism and efficiency
- Take ownership of the customer journey to ensure retention and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer support inside sales or servicefacing role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Comfortable managing multiple systems and conversations simultaneously
- Experience with modern CRM and support tools
- Resourceful empathetic and assertive under pressure
- Familiarity with highvolume phone environments (call center or B2C outreach preferred)
