Our client is a longestablished leading food production company of poultry products supplying multiple and independent retail businesses throughout the Ireland and the UK.
Job Purpose:
The Business Support Lead will oversee the Business Support team ensuring efficient daytoday operations across logistics telesales finance support and other shared business support services. They will take ownership of team performance operational improvements and crossfunctional collaboration acting as a key link between Supply Chain S&OP team Commercial and other departments to support and delivery Company KPIs.

40 hours per week working Monday to Friday from 9.00am 5.30pm
33 days (Includes 10 Statutory Days)
Bonus dependent on KPI s & Company EBIT Co Pension after 6 months service
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing guidance training and performance evaluations to Business Support Team.
Allocate tasks effectively and ensure workload balance within the team.
Foster a positive team culture emphasising continuous learning and collaboration.
Mentor team members identifying skill gaps and coordinating training to address them.
Promote a collaborative environment that aligns with the company s values.
Handle daytoday HRrelated issues for the team including scheduling and holiday approvals.
Oversee the completion of Business Support administrative activities including:
Daily customer communications.
Maintaining financial flow and ensuring accurate reporting.
Managing customer disputes and internal escalations efficiently.
Ensure seamless order processing and a positive customer experience.
Act as a key contact for crossfunctional initiatives between Production Quality Supply Chain Sales teams and Finance.
Ensure all activities align with company policies procedures and compliance requirements.
Provide accurate and timely reports to the Business Support Manager.
Analyse team performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
Job Requirements/Criteria:
Relevant business administration or supply chain qualification advantageous.
Previous experience in supervising/managing people is essential.
Process/Project improvement.
Excellent organisational and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to analyse data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for crossfunctional collaboration.
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Team leader abilities and achieving results.
Integrity trust and accountability.
Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
Adaptability to dynamic business environments.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
