Size and functions of local team:
- 8 people in Berlin (growing to 10. Currently 2 BDRs
- 270 people in total
Role description (which vertical buyer persona deal sizes deal cycles Ent/MM/SMB leads etc):
- Midmarket and enterprise companies
- 10K ARR ACV
- 2 month sales cycle
- Buyer persona: marketing teams everyone that needs to communicate. Social media content creators and HR.
- No specific vertical focus
- Create pipeline doing outbound in coldcalling
- They receive a target list on a monthly basis
- LinkedIn Salesloft and calling
- 150 calls a week per BDR. 200 mails per day.

- No sales experience is required (soft skills are most important)

- Some experience or interest in marketing
Salary range & secondary benefits:
- 60K OTE 70/30 split)
- 42K base 18K commission)
Hiring process:
- Directly to Apolina for an interview (Slack intro)
- Home assignment 15 hours prep max)
- Office (meet the team and discuss assignment and meet Kevin)
- They sometimes do a reference check
