IBI Healthcare Institute is the fastestgrowing and most innovative Ambulatory Surgery Center looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator to join our worldclass team.
What Were Looking For:
- PatientCentered Approach: Provide exceptional highquality care to each patient every day.
- Bilingual Preferred: Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Cosmetic/Plastic and Telemedicine Experience: Prior experience in a cosmetic/plastic or telemedicine clinic and knowledge of telemedicine technologies are preferred.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with physicians clinical staff and patients.
- ProblemSolving and DecisionMaking Abilities: Ability to prioritize workload meet deadlines and develop solutions to patient needs.
- EMR Proficiency: Experience working with electronic medical records and patient scheduling systems.
- Technical Skills: Ability to learn and understand telemedicine systems provide basic technical support and triage issues as needed.
- Administrative Excellence: Efficiently handle patient intake scheduling billing and followups while ensuring a smooth patient journey.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain updated records of bookings and payments follow up with patients and ensure all prerequisite steps are completed for a seamless healthcare experience.
- Upselling Additional Services: Educate patients on available services and facilities to enhance their care.
- Flexibility:Able to work on both Tampa and Hudson FL locations
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care through effective communication and support in both English and Spanish.
- Manage telehealth appointments and ensure smooth operation of clinic systems.
- Assist patients with inquiries scheduling and followups while promoting services through upselling.
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle medical administrative tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience in a dental or medical office setting.
- Travel between Tampa and Hudson FL on specific days to help with coverage
