Job Description
A leading plastic injection molding manufacturer located outside of Lafayette IN who specializes in automotive parts is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate programs from product launch through endoflife. This role is key in ensuring ontime delivery of milestones while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead crossfunctional teams to execute project tasks and meet deadlines
- Develop and manage internal and customerfacing project schedules
- Serve as the main point of contact for programspecific customer communication
- Oversee program budgets supplier purchase orders and financial tracking
- Manage programrelated commercial and administrative duties including customer invoices and engineering changes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program management system
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in program management preferably in manufacturing or automotive
- Handson plastic injection molding experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams
- Knowledge of tooling automation and quality processes is a plus
