What You ll Be Doing

Be part of our client s team as a Brand Program Coordinator and support a highimpact licensing and branding initiative. You ll coordinate marketing assets streamline workflows and bring datadriven insights to life without stepping outside your front door.

The Role at a Glance

Employment type: Indefinite term type contract

Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST

Work setup: Work from home

Your DaytoDay Impact

Program Support

  • Support the Brand Licensing segment and facilitate Speedtest and RootMetrics licensing programs
  • Coordinate with the Director Global Brand Licensing Program and work within a global team
  • Support Brand Program Managers with programmatic and fulfillment tasks across various client segments
  • Prioritize multiple tasks independently to deliver business and customer impact
  • Communicate across technical and nontechnical teams across geographies
  • Apply network performance data to help clients meet marketing goals

Speedtest Awards and Claims

  • Coordinate and support the client management lifecycle with the Brand Program Manager
  • Manage client onboarding asset delivery collateral customization websites social media assets substantiation documents and reports using tools like Asana JIRA and Confluence
  • Conduct presales support through client research presentation updates and claim opportunity data research
  • Coordinate timelines for asset delivery and client campaign launches
  • Aggregate and report preliminary and final claims results per sales region using SQL Excel and Google Sheets

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with sales and client services teams to address award and marketingrelated inquiries
  • Partner with the design team to fulfill and customize award assets
  • Verify data on global internet service providers and mobile network operators
  • Organize and streamline data flow for efficient delivery to customers and sales teams
  • Maintain and archive client brand use cases for internal reference

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

  • At least 3 years of experience in project or account management
  • Telecommunications industry background (mobile or fixed internet)
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing campaign lifecycles and planning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Ability to drive and implement process improvements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with MySQL and Tableau is a plus
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Asana or JIRA
  • Web publishing experience with data visualizations is a bonus
