What You ll Be Doing
Be part of our client s team as a Brand Program Coordinator and support a highimpact licensing and branding initiative. You ll coordinate marketing assets streamline workflows and bring datadriven insights to life without stepping outside your front door.

Your DaytoDay Impact
Program Support
- Support the Brand Licensing segment and facilitate Speedtest and RootMetrics licensing programs
- Coordinate with the Director Global Brand Licensing Program and work within a global team
- Support Brand Program Managers with programmatic and fulfillment tasks across various client segments
- Prioritize multiple tasks independently to deliver business and customer impact
- Communicate across technical and nontechnical teams across geographies
- Apply network performance data to help clients meet marketing goals
Speedtest Awards and Claims
- Coordinate and support the client management lifecycle with the Brand Program Manager
- Manage client onboarding asset delivery collateral customization websites social media assets substantiation documents and reports using tools like Asana JIRA and Confluence
- Conduct presales support through client research presentation updates and claim opportunity data research
- Coordinate timelines for asset delivery and client campaign launches
- Aggregate and report preliminary and final claims results per sales region using SQL Excel and Google Sheets
CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales and client services teams to address award and marketingrelated inquiries
- Partner with the design team to fulfill and customize award assets
- Verify data on global internet service providers and mobile network operators
- Organize and streamline data flow for efficient delivery to customers and sales teams
- Maintain and archive client brand use cases for internal reference
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- At least 3 years of experience in project or account management
- Telecommunications industry background (mobile or fixed internet)
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with marketing campaign lifecycles and planning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to drive and implement process improvements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with MySQL and Tableau is a plus
- Knowledge of project management tools like Asana or JIRA
- Web publishing experience with data visualizations is a bonus
