At Team Everest we connect students with working professionals for various programs. Sometimes life gets in the way a student misses a session a volunteer faces a hurdle. Thats where you come in.
As our Program Coordinator Mentoring you will be the problemsolver and the problempreventer behind the scenes. You will monitor program activities proactively address potential issues and resolve any challenges that arise ensuring that learning never stops because of small obstacles.
You will work closely with students volunteers and teammates to spot issues early resolve them with care and design smart solutions that keep things running smoothly.

What You Will Do
Proactive Program Coordination
- Prevent Issues Before They Arise: Monitor program activities like attendance follow up with students and volunteers and fix any concerns early.
- Proactive Communication: Call students and volunteers individually when warning signs show up (like missing attendance) and understand challenges.
- Design Proactive Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to create simple strategies that reduce common issues.
- Build Trust: Talk regularly with volunteers and students to keep them engaged motivated and supported throughout the program.
Issue Handling and Resolution
- Own the Problem: Take complete responsibility for issues that arise during 1to1 learning programs and see them through until solved.
- Direct Communication: Speak with students volunteers and internal teams to understand issues from all sides.
- Solve Quickly and Kindly: Find practical solutions in a way that maintains trust and encourages everyone to stay committed.
- Support Across Programs: While your main focus will be on studentvolunteer learning programs you will also handle issues from other projects when needed.
Program Operations Support
- Handle Any Program Requirement: Take ownership of any operational task required for a program and ensure it is completed smoothly.
- Be a Team Enabler: Step in wherever needed to support your team in delivering seamless program experiences.
