Job Description

Behind every student whose education gets funded there is a person making that journey possible. That person could be you.

As our Program Executive in the Scholarship Team you will be part of one of Team Everest s most impactful programs the I am the Change Scholarship. You will support everything that makes this program run smoothly from selecting the right students and helping with fee payments to setting up events and solving student queries.

You will also coordinate with teammates across different cities and ensure every small detail is in place.

What You Will Do



Scholarship Coordination and Execution

  1. Plan Student Application Drives: Strategise and execute drives to invite student applications for scholarship.
  2. Manage scholars: Handle the full student journey from start to finish.
  3. Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams and external partners for smooth operations.
  4. Guide OnGround Teams: Train and support teammates in other cities who execute scholarship work.
  5. Support Fee payments: Learn and manage the fee payments process for scholars.
  6. Plan Events: Take full ownership of scholarship events whenever needed from planning to execution.
  7. Handle Logistics: Ensure materials reach venues venues are booked in advance and setups are done before events.
  8. Solve Scholar Issues: Interact with students and resolve any questions or concerns they may have.
  9. Manage Interns: Guide scholarship interns and assign work when needed.


Documentation Planning and Team Support
  1. Create Process Documents: Write and maintain clear documentation for every scholarship process.
  2. Organize Program Assets: Keep all digital and physical scholarship resources organized and easy to access.
  3. Track Tasks: Take ownership of small projects and tasks within the team.
  4. Place Procurement Orders: Help in planning and raising orders for event materials.
  5. Travel When Needed: Be open to traveling to cities where our scholarship program runs.


Requirements

What We are Looking For

Education: Any graduate degree

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Work Ethic: You should be someone who loves to learn, works hard, and can do tasks independently & with a team. Willingness to Travel: You should be ready to travel within the city (Once or twice the year outside your city)!
