Job Description
As a Brand Program Coordinator you will be the driving force behind brand program operations asset delivery and campaign alignment. You ll collaborate crossfunctionally manage project timelines and ensure client brand success across international telecom markets.

Your Daily Tasks
Speedtest Awards and Claims:
- Coordinate with the Brand Program Manager to support the client management lifecycle
- Manage client launch and asset delivery including onboarding customizing collaterals publishing websites and social media assets and preparing substantiation documents and reports using Asana JIRA and Confluence
- Support presales efforts by conducting client research updating presentations and researching claim opportunity data
- Align timelines for asset delivery and client campaign launch
- Aggregate preliminary and final claims results by sales region using SQL Excel and Google Sheets
CrossFunctional:
- Collaborate with the sales and client services team to answer and provide support on awards and marketingrelated inquiries
- Work with the design team to fulfill and customize award assets
- Verify data on internet service providers and mobile network operators globally
- Organize and manage data to streamline the process between processing customer delivery and the sales team
- Archive and catalog brand use cases from clients
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 3 years of experience in project and/or account management with exposure to project management and product development
- Background in the telecommunications industry (mobile or fixed internet)
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus for Americas)
- Understanding of marketing campaign lifecycles and planning
- Superior written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills
- Ability to identify and drive process improvements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel
- Experience with MySQL and Tableau is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana JIRA
- Web publishing experience and data visualizations are a plus
