You analyze suggest and implement a business strategy based on the economic market situation of your region.
You are responsible for the financial growth of your agency by :
1. Effectively deploying the agreed upon strategy
2. Monitoring financial profitability of your agency
3. Defining objectives KPIs and action plans for you and your commercial team
Business :
Identify key clients prospect them understand their business needs and present them with our services and solutions in a qualitative way.
Build longterm business relationships by earning trust amongst our customers (and consultants) and identify further business opportunities through regular followup.
Keep an open eye for market evolutions and adapt action plans accordingly.
Management :
Recruit manage and grow your commercial team of Business Managers. Lead them to success.
Recruitment of consultants that you will add to your team and help them evolve throughout their careers at Klanik. You will be responsible for their personal fulfilment at Klanik as well as at the customer.
Turn consultants as well as customers as true Klanik ambassadors.
Stay in touch regularily with your own consultants as well as candidates.
