Core Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to internet live chat and phone inquiries promptly using phone email and texting to generate sales appointments.
  • Logdaily sales lead activities in the CRM and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment.
  • Convert visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests and pairing them with a vehicle best suited for their lifestyle.
  • Stay uptodate on product offerings optional packages and latest technology.
  • Perform professional vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives highlighting desirable vehicle features.
  • Assist customers with sales and financing paperwork.
  • Deliver sold vehicles to the customer assisting with setting up vehicle features (i.e. navigation Bluetooth etc. ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Create genuine connections with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction; at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role is required.
  • Automotive sales experience is strongly preferred but not required; we offer inhouse sales training!
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills in person and over the phone: friendly and professional with the ability to influence others.
  • Computer literacy and aptitude to learn and utilize new technology.
  • Ability to think from the customers perspective to understand their concerns or objections and respond thoughtfully.
  • A proactive and goaloriented work ethic is a must.
  • A valid drivers license and clean driving record are required.
  • Must pass a preemployment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

We are open Monday through Friday 8am 9pm and Saturday 8am 8pm and closed Sundays. We ask that all candidates have open availability to work during our normal business hours. This is an onsite position and requires working with customers in person and over the phone and occasionally working outdoors on the sales lot.
