Position Overview
Join our growing SAP team as an experienced SAP FICO Analyst specializing in Finance and Controlling processes. You will play a vital role in designing implementing and optimizing SAP FICO solutions to support our expanding operations as we embark on the next phase of our SAP implementation. Were looking for a driven professional with handson expertise in SAP FICO functionalities a keen analytical mindset and a talent for crossfunctional collaboration. Responsibilities
- Analyze design and configure SAP Financials solutions ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including finance accounting and IT to ensure successful project outcomes. Will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their financial processes and requirements
- Be able to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for SAP Financials solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP Financials systems.
- Assist with system testing including unitintegration and user acceptance testing.
- Develop documentation for SAP Financials solutions including process flows configuration guides and training materials.
- Train and support endusers to ensure effective utilization of SAP Financials solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Finance or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in IT with a focus on SAP Financials solutions. Extensive experience with SAP FI/CO modules ideally with new implementation experience.
- Proficiency in SAP FI/CO modules (GL AP AR AA CO). Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (MM CS/SMSD Supply Chain etc..
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
