About Us: Dandelion Cafe is a vibrant communityfocused coffee shop dedicated to providing exceptional coffee and a welcoming atmosphere. We pride ourselves on our handcrafted beverages locally sourced ingredients and a culture that fosters growth and creativity. We are growing and opening our Heights location very soon! Role Overview: We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic FOH to join our team. The ideal candidates will be hard worker with a passion for coffee and customer service. As a FOH Employee at Dandelion Cafe you will play a crucial role in delivering the best experience to our customers from crafting the perfect espresso to creating a warm and inviting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages with precision and consistency.
- Engage with customers taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace including cleaning equipment and cafe areas.
- Restock supplies and inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth cafe operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and product quality.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work multiple stations on the same shift
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to be part of a supportive and innovative team culture.
