Job Description Summary
Responsible for supporting financial planning analysis and reporting for Wind cash flow. Responsible for working and coordinating with functional partners to understand cash performance. Own several initiatives as preparation of executive presentations indirect CFS review & analysis cash flow and liquidity forecast by country/jurisdiction.Job Description
- Support the assessment and analysis of the amount timing and predictability of cash inflows and outflows as the basis for budgeting and business planning. Support the analysis and reporting a business operatingactivities investingactivities and financing activities for the purpose of establishing the overall (net) change in cashflow for a defined period.
- Support the preparation of executive presentations and strategic/longterm analysis.
- Manage multiple aspects of the monthly and quarterly financial closing and reporting.
- Owns triangulation of direct CFS to indirect CFS including the framework for the review/reconciliation.
- Scenario modeling for short/midterm.
- Own process for cashflow and liquidity forecast by country/jurisdiction in partnership with Treasury and Tax.
- Partner with IT on automation initiatives related to Working Capital items and drive simplification initiatives enhance operations analytics and optimize cash generation efforts.
- Digitalize working capital KPIs / dashboard for Wind senior leadership team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college/university in Business Finance Accounting or another STEM
- Minimum of 8 years of experience of finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with finance automation tools (such as Alteryx Power Bi Dataiku etc.
Eligibility Requirements
This role will be located at one the GE Vernova Wind locations in Schenectady NY Paris France or Monterey Mexico. And must be willing to work onsite.
Desired Qualifications
- Masters degree from an accredited college/university in Business Finance Accounting or another STEM
- 8 years of experience in a finance role
- FP&A Experience
- CPA /CFA
The base pay range for this position is $124900 to $150000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on Friday April 11th
The company pays a geographic differential of 110 120 or 130 of salary in certain areas.
