Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
Financial Reporting Lead and manage the monthend close process ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting including preparing and reviewing journal entries accruals and adjustments and collaborating with crossfunctional stakeholders to gather necessary data and resolve any discrepancies.
Internal Controls and Compliance: Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial reporting ensuring compliance with financial regulations accounting standards and company policies. Coordinating the preparation and delivery of audit schedules documentation and responses to audit queries.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and strengthen internal controls and improvements to accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

You have a track record of leading highperforming teams and building strong relationships across the business. Your communication is clear professional and effective whether youre managing stakeholders mentoring your team or presenting to senior leaders.
Youll have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Accounting or Finance
- CA or CPA membership (or equivalent)
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience including leadership of monthend close processes
- A deep understanding of accounting principles financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Advanced Excel skills and strong IT literacy
- Sharp analytical and problemsolving abilities with keen attention to detail
