Job Description
Position: Production Supply Chain & Logistics Manager
Location: Nigeria On site
Job Type: Fulltime
Experience Level: MidLevel
Salary: NGNper month
Expected Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage endtoend supply chain operations ensuring efficient production warehousing and distribution of products.
- Optimize production schedules to meet demand while maintaining highquality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in supply chain processes.
- Manage relationships with suppliers vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels forecasting demand to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Implement and maintain systems for tracking shipments deliveries and production timelines to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve processes troubleshoot issues and maintain product consistency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulatory and quality standards.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field.
- 4 years of experience in production supply chain management or logistics preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management logistics and production optimization.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and MS Office Suite.
