Working days: 24 days working daysin a month 6 week offs2 paid leaves 1 birthday Leave 15 compensatory off for a year.
Shifts: US night shift Fixed shift with Roster off
Incentive : UP to 4 lacs in a month Average incentive 30 k to 50k in a month apart from salary
Salary : 18k28k No deduction on salary)
Training : 30 days Fully paid training will be provided
Responsibilities:
1.Manage incoming phone calls
2.Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
3.Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
4.Handle customer queries provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Requirements:
1. Proven customer care experience In any International BPO or Experience as a Travel Sales Representative
2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
