Job Description
RPOs client a reputable healthcare facility in Gatesville is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Facilitator to join their team. As a Clinical Facilitator you will play a crucial role in providing education and training to healthcare professionals ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver highquality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver educational programs and training sessions for healthcare professionals
- Assess and evaluate the competencies of healthcare professionals through observation and feedback
- Provide support and guidance to healthcare professionals to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with nursing managers and educators to identify training needs and develop targeted programs
- Stay uptodate with current healthcare practices and educational trends
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification with a valid nursing license
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Previous experience as a Clinical Facilitator or Educator is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively deliver training sessions and facilitate group discussions
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Salary : Negotiable.
