The Group Facilitator provides therapeutic treatment with an emphasis on evidence-based mental health methods based on facility curriculum. You will do this through facilitating scheduled groups and documenting the sessions in our EMR. While in this position you meet all requirements of the facility or other regulatory entity for such licensing certification or credentialing if applicable.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 12-8pm PT
May work from home in states of CA WA OR (preferred same time zone of PT)
The role is for our Discovery Mood & Anxiety mental health intensive outpatient program (IOP).
The role is 100% remote our DMAP IOP facility we run 4 IOP tracks; Adult AM 10-1pm Adult Mid 2-5pm Adult PM 5-8pm and adolescent (11-17 years of age) afterschool 3-7pm. We see clients all over California via secure Zoom platform.
As a group facilitator you will be leading 4-5 psychoeducational groups per day based off of our curriculum library. An essential aspect of virtual IOP is patient engagement and modifying the group to meet the needs of the clients in the group. We create a safe space for patients struggling with managing their mental health symptoms to learn new skills.
We offer learning development via pathways training of CBT DBT or ACT training. After your first 90 days you are eligible to complete a training which will include a dollar increase in hourly pay once completed.
