About The Role:
We are looking for a People Systems and Process Analyst to join our People and Wellbeing Operations team. Reporting to the People Systems Manager you will play a key role in administering and enhancing our HR systems ensuring they support strategic and operational goals. You will provide expert system support respond to queries and generate critical people data and reporting to support internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Provide system administration support for HR systems (PeopleSoft preferred).
- Ensure data integrity governance and compliance with security and privacy requirements.
- Assist with system enhancements testing (UAT) and ongoing maintenance.
- Build and generate reports dashboards and insights to support business decisions.
- Manage system queries troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
- Support training and education for endusers to enhance system understanding.
- Contribute to process improvements with a customercentric approach.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in HR Business IT or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills problemsolving abilities and experience with HRIS (PeopleSoft desirable).
- Experience: Previous experience in HR data analysis reporting and process training.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (advanced Excel preferred).
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team and across stakeholders.
