Job Title: Business Process Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct Process Analysis: Perform detailed technology business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate Improvement Projects: Act as the lead facilitator for business process improvement projects guiding teams from analysis to implementation.
- Implement Agile Tools: Lead the implementation and configuration of tools for agile collaboration specifically Jira Trello and Azure DevOps.
- Lead Technical & Non-Technical Meetings: Manage and facilitate meetings and projects that include a diverse mix of highly technical and non-technical participants.
- Coach Technology Teams: Provide expert coaching for professional and organizational development to technology teams.
