Job Description
Infosys is seeking an ORMB Administrator with at least 5 years of ORMB Admin relevant experience with at least 2 ORMB implementations in production support upgrade enhancement. Candidate should have strong fundamentals on Oracle database including performance tuning and troubleshooting. Candidate needs to have experience of endtoend installation of ORMB including prerequisites DB WLS Hibernate JAVA etc.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate may commute to Richardson TX Raleigh NC Hartford CT Indianapolis IN or Phoenix AZ or be wiling to relocate. Must be willing to travel for major milestones.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
At least 7 years of Relevant Information Technology experience.
5 years experience with at least 2 ORMB implementations in production support upgrade enhancement.
Should have experience of endtoend installation of ORMB including prerequisites DB WLS Hibernate JAVA etc.
Strong understanding of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing ORMB system architecture and functionalities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing ORMB system architecture and functionalities.
Must have experience of Production support with shift lead role.
Should have exp on monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Experience with operating systems like Windows or Linux (depending on the environment).
Understanding of SLAs and ticketing tool.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone email and face to face.
