Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update sortation and shipment data in internal systems
- Monitor parcel flows and report any discrepancies or delays
- Liaise with warehouse operatives and delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient sortation
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management and assist with tracking KPIs
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team
The candidate
- Previous experience in a warehouse logistics or transport administration role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel
- Ability to work under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
- A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
