Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Payroll Administrator for a leading manufacturing company based in Boksburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes excellent organizational skills and proficiency in using payroll software.

Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll on a regular basis for employees accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and laws.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and management.
  • Assist with payroll tax filing and reporting.
  • Maintain and update payroll records.
  • Generate payroll reports as needed.
  • Stay uptodate with changes in payroll regulations and laws.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a payroll administrator or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience with ADP or other payroll systems is a plus.


Education and Certification:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional education or certification in payroll administration is a plus.
