What youll do
- Lead complex data solution development data flow design (ETL) and root cause analysis
- Design and implement scalable highperformance data pipeline using AWS Redshift DBT and Databricks
- Collaborate with architects analysts and engineers to deliver bestinclass data solutions
- Mentor and uplift the data engineering team fostering a culture of innovation
- Influence technical strategy and ensure alignment with governance and best practices
What youll bring
- 8 years experience in largescale data engineering ideally in insurance or financial services
- Expertise in AWS (Redshift DMS S3 Databricks DBT and SQL performance tuning
- Strong background in data modelling ETL design and cloudbased data solutions
- Proficiency in Python Pyspark Unix scripting and CI/CD practices (Git Jenkins)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
