Lead Fullstack Software Engineer (JPM) Hbrido (Buenos Aires Argentina)
Location: Buenos Aires Argentina

Primary Responsibilities
- Fullstack Software Development Leadership
- Technical Guidance and Leadership
- Project Coordination and Collaboration
- Innovation and Strategic Problem Resolution
Spearhead the design development and maintenance of comprehensive fullstack applications aligned with critical business operations.
Partner with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery of highquality software products.
Offer mentorship to junior developers facilitating their professional growth and technical expertise.
Ensure adherence to superior coding practices and standards to maintain code integrity and operational efficacy.
Oversee project schedules and deliverables ensuring alignment with client and organizational objectives.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure project goals are met.
Identify opportunities for technical improvements and advocate efficiency enhancements.
Resolve complex technical challenges to facilitate successful project outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of handson experience in fullstack development with a proven track record of leading software engineering teams.
- Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge of fullstack development frameworks and tools. Proficiency in SQL RESTful services and microservices architecture is imperative.
- Lead Fullstack Software Engineer:
i.Advanced: Java SpringBoot REST SQL React Typescript
ii.Intermediate: SQL Python GenAI LLM RAG GraphQL
iii.Nice to have: ElasticSearch QlikSense - Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership abilities complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective collaboration in team environments is essential.
- Problem Solving Acumen: Robust analytical skills and a strategic mindset to adeptly navigate and resolve technical challenges.
- Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a rapidly evolving work environment adept at adapting to emerging technologies and evolving project demands.
