Reckers Automation India Pvt Ltd is seeking dynamic Sales Engineers to join our team in Mumbai and Pune locations.

As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of automation products to clients in Mumbai and Pune. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and exceed targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in the automation industry.
- Strong understanding of PLCs HMIs VFDs gearboxes and related products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
