Revenue and Distribution Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Management
- Implement and optimize all revenue management processes.
- Develop and execute effective revenue management and distribution support.
- Monitor and analyze overall revenue performance.
Strategy and Analysis
- Collaborate with various teams to develop a comprehensive revenue management strategy.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop innovative revenue solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to analyze performance and optimize demand pricing and channel distribution.
Sales and Marketing
- Assist in distribution marketing and operations programs.
- Create and implement revenue strategies and online sales rate strategies.
- Update and maintain serviced apartment/hotel content on all contracted channels.
Project Management
- Supervise the system integration of new serviced apartments/hotels.
- Set up new properties on OTAs including room types rate categories and availability.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues with online distribution channels.
Documentation and Training
- Create and maintain revenue management and distribution documentation.
- Provide training and support to property growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Revenue and Distribution Manager in a serviced apartment/hotel environment 45 star properties preferred).
- Strong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of the hotel industry.
- Experience with distribution systems central reservation systems and content systems.
- Excellent organizational time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Skills:
- Technical: Proficiency with channel managers RMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Personal: Strong presentation skills creativity and a dynamic personality. Ability to work independently and within a small team.
