Job Description
- Lead Architectural team
- Develop/manage project scope schedule and fees for new projects
- Manage financial performance of projects (manage budget scheduling billing)
- Oversee technical completion of projects and other design professionals
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Regular client communication
- Manage project team including mentoring training and collaboration
- Other project and construction administration duties as needed
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture required
- Master s in Architecture preferred
- 8 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Experience developing construction documents and specifications for commercial projects (industrial warehouse data center and distribution center)
- Working knowledge of code materials and methods commonly used
