Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Camp Manager for a luxury property group based in Zambia. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and professional individual to lead the operations of a remote safari camp ensuring exceptional service delivery and smooth daytoday functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the camp team to uphold high performance standards and team morale
Ensure seamless guest experiences through consistent hospitality excellence
Oversee and maintain all aspects of camp infrastructure and facilities
Manage operational budgets procurement and assist with the payroll process
Ensure a safe and secure environment for both staff and guests
Oversee the daily running of the camp including logistics and team coordination
Work closely with other departments to deliver a worldclass guest experience
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role within a luxury lodge or remote hospitality environment
Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team in a remote setting
Strong organisational communication and problemsolving abilities
Valid driver s licence
