Role Overview:
As a Traffic Controller you ll act as the central hub for all internal workflows. Your role will be to manage timelines allocate resources and ensure smooth communication across departments creative client servicing production and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project flow between departments to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain and update the internal job tracking system
- Monitor workloads and assign tasks based on team availability
- Ensure projects are progressing on schedule and flag any delays or bottlenecks
- Manage freelance bookings and external resources when needed
- Set daily and weekly priorities with department heads
- Organize internal reviews and ensure all approvals are completed on time
- Maintain project documentation and status reports
Requirements
You re a Great Fit If You Have:
- Bachelors degree in advertising or any related field
- 2 years of experience in a traffic operations or project coordination role (ideally within a creative agency)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A calm and solutionoriented mindset under pressure
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana Odoo)
- A good understanding of creative and production processes (digital print video)
