Job Description
Preferred Qualifications
Three to five years or more of professional experience with an earned Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or a related degree or an equivalent additional professional experience in essential duties and responsibilities Familiarity with management tools such as SCCM Jamf etc. Familiarity with VMWARE or Similar virtual desktop solutions both on premise and cloud hosted Experience providing support in a higher education environment
Work Schedule
Weekdays with occasional weekends.
