Sales Representative Reddit Project (Lisbon Portugal)
Location: Lisbon Portugal (On-site TP Open Building)
Rotational shifts Day: 06h00h OR Night: 21h07h Monday to Sunday

Your Mission
As a Customer Delight Specialist you will:
- Assist small and medium-sized business clients via phone chat and email;
- Guide users through Metas advertising tools and self-serve features;
- Deliver pre and post-sales support with a consultative and human-first approach;
- Create meaningful solution-oriented interactions that reflect Metas values.
What You Bring
- Excellent communication in English (C1 minimum);
- A warm helpful and empathetic approach customers should feel your smile;
- Strong soft skills to de-escalate complex situations;
- Team spirit problem-solving attitude and ability to handle sensitive information;
- Quick learner and tech-comfortable mindset
Key Performance Metric
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) evaluated at the end of every interaction. Your ability to connect emotionally and resolve queries is your greatest KPI.
Training & Onboarding

Duration: 15 business days 8h/day (in English)

Format: In-person comprehensive onboarding covering Metas ecosystem and customer tools
