Job Title: Senior Decision Support Analyst
Location: Grand Blanc MI
Shift Type: Days (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 8 hours/day)
Weekend Requirements: None
On-Call Requirements: None
Salary Range: $80000 - $90000/year (commensurate with education and experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Senior Decision Support Analyst to join its corporate finance team. This role supports high-level financial and operational decision-making through data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills comfort working with large data sets and a proactive mindset for improving organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial and statistical analyses to evaluate the impact of management decisions and proposals.
- Interpret complex data from multiple sources to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Identify cost control opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
- Support the development and revision of programs through data-driven proposals and insights.
- Prepare and contribute to studies aimed at improving system performance.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data and reporting systems.
- Collaborate on the implementation and integration of new financial systems and tools.
- Work closely with various departments to provide analytical and operational support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Several years of experience in financial analysis preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large data sets.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with financial reporting systems and data analytics tools is a plus.
