Your Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Madrid to drive our growth and help take our solutions to the next level. If you have a passion for sales enjoy building strong client relationships and want to be part of a gamechanging journey wed love to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities
Business Growth
- Expand and grow a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients starting in Spain with potential for global expansion.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers through direct engagement networking and industry events.
- Translate client feedback into action helping to shape product development and ensure longterm client satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and crossselling opportunities creating more value for both clients and the company.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets driving real business impact.
Sales & Product Leadership
- Lead the endtoend sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals ensuring longterm client success.
- Sell our SaaS Geospatial AI solutions with a handson approachbeyond just presentations youll demonstrate realworld impact.
- Identify growth opportunities and actively contribute to the evolution of our product ensuring continuous value delivery based on real client needs.
Strategic Insights & Reporting
- Provide market intelligence and regular reports on sales performance.
- Keep CRM records updated and organizedexperience with HubSpot is a plus!
- Share strategic insights with leadership to refine and optimize our business development approach.
Your Profile
Experience & Skills
- 5 years of experience in business development within a Tech startup Adtech GIS or Location Intelligence environment.
- Strong experience in selling SaaS and subscriptionbased solutions.
- Background in location intelligence data analytics marketing intelligence or advertising is a plus.
- Startup mindsetadaptability proactiveness and a handson approach are highly valued!
