Job Description
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- 3 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis
- Strong budgeting forecasting and variance analysis skills
- Proficiency in financial reporting and cost management
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
Qualifications:
- BCom in Accounting Finance or a related field
- CIMA or CA(SA) qualification advantageous
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions
- Conduct cost analysis and implement costsaving initiatives
- Develop budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
