Job Description:
The Transformation Consultant will assume a strategic leadership role in driving a comprehensive Software Optimization Lifecycle and Resource Improvement Strategy for a key client organization. This role entails overseeing multiple transformation workstreams under an enterprise-wide program with the objective of enhancing operational efficiency and governance across the entire Software Lifecycle Management spectrum-spanning Planning Acquisition Optimization Retirement and Governance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Transformation Leader: Lead and provide expert consultation on transformation journey across multiple workstreams for an enterprise wide transformation program
- Project Management: Oversee and contribute to the successful implementation of key project modules including project scoping managing timelines and tracking progress
- Current state Assessment and Transformation Strategy: Conducting End to End process assessments to create a roadmap for improving productivity and improving processes through Automation and re-engineering of processes
- Change Management:
- Lead change management initiatives coordinating with various stakeholders and building trust by showing value through Pilots or MVPs
- You will leverage a broad range of leadership and influencing styles ranging from respected manager to motivational senior coach and you will display high energy and resilience in ambiguous and faced-paced contexts
- Stakeholder Management: Building strong stakeholder relationships across functions (Technology Sourcing and Finance) and influencing key stakeholders at all levels and maintaining clear communication.
- Communications and Reporting: Lead regular Steering Committee meetings and present project progress regularly to cross-functional leadership deliver insights and recommendations
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5 10 years of relevant post-graduation transformation consulting work experience.
- A proven track record of involvement in long-term transformation operational improvement or implementation initiatives
- Strong analytical problem-solving communication and leadership skills are essential
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- A proactive mindset enthusiasm for learning and a strong drive for professional and personal growth.
- Expertise in Technology and software optimization transformation is preferred
