Construction Law Partner
Location: Birmingham
Salary: per annum (DOE)
An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Construction Law Partner to join our client a nationally recognised firm. This is a unique chance to lead and expand a thriving Construction practice advising on both contentious and noncontentious matters for highprofile clients across the UK.
The Role
As a Construction Law Partner you will:
- Lead highvalue construction litigation cases employing strategic dispute resolution methods.
- Advise clients on contract drafting and negotiation including JCT NEC FIDIC and bespoke agreements.
- Develop client relationships identifying opportunities to grow the practice and increase market share.
- Oversee a team of construction lawyers mentoring and fostering their professional development.
- Contribute to the firms strategic growth leveraging innovation and legal technology.
About You
- 10 years PQE in construction law with a strong track record in both litigation and advisory work.
- Demonstrated leadership experience ideally at Partnership level.
- Extensive knowledge of UK construction regulations and contract law.
- Proven ability to generate business and drive practice growth.
- A clientfocused strategic thinker with a commercial mindset.
