Residential Construction Supervisor
San Diego CA
Full Time/Direct hire
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage daily operations on high-end residential construction projects. This hands-on leadership role requires exceptional organizational skills a strong commitment to quality and proven experience in coordinating subcontractors schedules and site safety. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project managers clients architects and tradespeople to ensure every home is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily on-site construction activities ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications.

Supervise tradespeople and enforce standards for quality cleanliness and jobsite safety.

Maintain and update construction schedules using Microsoft Project or similar software.

Interpret architectural drawings specifications and construction documents accurately.

Enforce OSHA safety standards and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Conduct thorough site inspections proactively address challenges and implement effective solutions.

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients project managers and on-site crews.

Ensure the jobsite remains secure clean and professional at all times.
Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of supervisory experience in luxury residential construction.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Microsoft Project Procore Jonas Software and Bluebeam.

Strong knowledge of building practices and blueprint reading.

OSHA certification(s) required.

Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.

Hands-on construction experience essential.

Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Bilingual skills are a plus.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
