You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Manager to drive strategic relationships with our key partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enabling and growing partnerships to generate sales opportunities. This role requires strong relationship management sales acumen and a strategic approach to driving business through partner ecosystems.
Develop and manage long-term relationships with current and prospective partners.
Grow maintain and navigate relationships with SMS-Magic s strategic partners (Talkdesk Microsoft Salesforce Zoho Vonage) at corporate and local levels.
Determine partner program requirements and coordinate internal stakeholders and resources to fulfill them.
Work closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth through partner channels.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and joint offerings with partners.
Monitor partner product offerings and leverage opportunities for early access and beta testing.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop thought leadership joint collateral and events.
Attend partner conferences and sales events to build relationships and generate business opportunities.
Serve as the primary liaison between SMS-Magic and its partners ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Provide training and support to partner sales teams on SMS-Magic s solutions.
Drive lead generation efforts and manage the sales pipeline for partner-driven opportunities.
Work with internal teams to ensure partners comply with contract terms and service agreements
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in partner management sales or business development preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
Relationship Management: Ability to build and nurture long-term partnerships.
Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
International Exposure: Previous experience working with global partners is a plus.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and drive results

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8-10 years of technology related partner sales or business development experience at a B2B software company.
