Job Description
ASIC Design Manager
Dallas Texas (onsite / hybrid)
US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
Fulltime Bonus/ProfitSharing Benefits
Responsibilities include:
Designing planning and executing highperformance mixedsignal ICs from concept to production
Representing management across functions and with key customers
Leading the evolution of best practices to enhance business performance and engineering efficiency
Recruiting training and managing a toptier design engineering team for diverse ASIC and SOC applications
Negotiating with suppliers IP vendors and foundries on behalf of Company
Ensuring customer satisfaction and quality deliverables on all projects
Developing accurate schedules and resource estimates
Supporting continuous improvement in quality management
Evaluating team performance metrics and fostering growth through training
Being versatile across various functional roles and phases from design to supply chain management
Managing team financial and project objectives while exploring new business opportunities
Qualifications:
BS in Applicable Field with 8 years of experience or equivalent
Demonstrated success in technical project leadership for integrated circuits
Proficiency in silicon development tools and processes
Strong communication debugging and analytical skills
Preferred experience with diverse manufacturing technologies and design applications
ITAR compliance approval required
