This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional to lead a prestigious lodge ensuring top-tier guest experiences and seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lodge with a hands-on management approach
Deliver exceptional guest service in line with luxury hospitality standards
Lead manage and motivate a diverse team across all departments
Ensure operational efficiency and staff productivity
Maintain high standards of housekeeping F&B and overall guest satisfaction
Manage financial controls including budgeting stock control and procurement
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
Coordinate with head office to implement strategic objectives
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies
Requirements:
Minimum 3 5 years experience in a lodge or hospitality management role ideally within a luxury environment
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proven financial and administrative acumen
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional guest relations and communication skills
Ability to live and work in a remote location
A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences in a natural setting
