DIRECT HIRE
Are you a Civil Engineer ready for advancement Our client is hiring an Engineering Manager to work directly with Project Managers and their teams. You will oversee and help direct multiple project teams. The role will be responsible for leading teams in the planning organization and assignment of workload on projects. You will also work with other departments to safeguard resource usage review project budgets and monitor schedules to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide direction with teams on a blend of municipal commercial and private sector projects.
Supervise guide and motivate assigned staff.
Promote business growth through community relations.
Create budgets and oversee financial reports.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering field
Two plus years of management experience
Exceptional people skills
