What you will do and why:

Our cloud-based eClinical suite is used by the worlds top pharmaceutical companies and clinical research organizations to bring new treatments to market faster safer and more efficiently. Were now looking for a CRM Manager to take full ownership of our Salesforce platform. Youll be instrumental in shaping and maintaining a system that empowers Sales Marketing and Management to work smarter not harder.

Your mission

As CRM Manager youll build the foundation for operational excellence. Youll be the architect of clean reliable data the champion of process automation and the person everyone turns to when they want to make Salesforce work harder for them. You will:

  • Own the clean-up and structuring of data related to companies contacts and opportunities
  • Design and implement procedures to maintain high data qualityand train others to follow them
  • Import validate and migrate large volumes of data as we transition to Salesforce
  • Develop and deliver custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs pipelines and performance by region vertical or individual
  • Build and manage tools for workflows and automation for users
  • Serve as the go-to person for anything CRM-relatedanswering questions troubleshooting and empowering users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM supports broader business needs and goals

What were looking for

  • Minimum 5 years experience working with CRM systems
  • Experience in Salesforce administration and/or full-scale CRM migration (especially data migration on a large scale)
  • High-level proficiency in Excel (you live and breathe formulas pivot tables and data manipulation)
  • A bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong communication skills with executive presence clarity and judgment
  • A collaborative mindsetcomfortable helping others and proactively asking for support
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot independently
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in CRM development particularly with platforms like Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics or others
  • Familiarity with data migration integration and synchronization between CRM systems and external tools
  • Experience in Sales Operations Marketing Automation or Analytics
  • Understanding of campaign management tools or data integration platforms
  • Background in regulated environments such as clinical research or SaaS
  • Experience in or strong understanding of clinical trials or life sciences
